All products undergo inspection before shipping. Please be aware that shipping can cause scratches and dents during the shipping process, which are not covered by the warranty. Any damages incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipping company, provided insurance was purchased.
Returns or refunds are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may apply. Please contact us to inquire about available options. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. It is important to note that shipping-related damages will only be covered if protection was purchased and a claim was filed with the shipping company. Once the claim is approved, standard coverage by the carrier will apply. Proof of damage must be provided before opening the boxes and installing the product. In case of shipping-related damages, we require photographic evidence before opening the package to initiate a claim with the shipping company.
