If your tracking information shows “Label Created,” this means the shipment has not yet cleared customs. Once customs clearance is completed, the tracking information will begin updating and you will be able to follow the shipment normally.

Previously, we had these products shipped from the manufacturer to our U.S. warehouse first and then shipped them to customers. This process often resulted in delivery times longer than 25 days. To reduce the overall shipping time, we have now arranged for the manufacturer to ship the product directly to the customer.

We are also doing something special for this batch of fog lights. One randomly selected customer will receive a Golden Keychain inside their package. The customer who finds it will have a chance to win a set of our 2021+ Lexus IS Clear or Smoked Taillights, available in either the American or Japanese variant.
